Sam, a stickler for detail and organisation has worked in kitchens since he was 16 years old. He has spent the past few years working in and heading kitchens for the highly reputable Sussex Bar and Food Company where he is a current head chef. Sam's passion lies in restaurant style dishes and menu creations to suit all tastes.
Lucy began her training in Edinburgh before honing her skills in Devon and then Vaujany, France. A chef with 2 rosette experience she has spent the last 7 years working as a head chef in kitchens for the Chichester based Sussex Bar and Food Company. Lucy brings to the table passion, creativity and a love of great food.
